First picture with the D90

Here is the first picture from the D90. Took a couple shots of this figure, but I wanted a dark, dramatic feel to it. I thought this was the best shot. I had some light come from behind to bring the shadow to the front.

This was a gift to Glenn from his auntie Lenneth when we both were baptized.

Okay, I just entered this photo in the Costco Photo Contest. You never know...we all might be surprise if this photo is selected :) It was taken at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve 2007.

Lost and Found

As some of you may know, we lost the Nikon D80 during our cruise back in June 2009. Lots of pictures were taken during the cruise, but...it's all gone. Well, just this past Friday night, we got another DSLR. A Nikon D90. I would've stayed with a D80 but it was discontinued so I had no choice :) I haven't had time to play with the camera but I hope to take it for a spin soon. I'll post the pictures when I do.

It's been a while...

Since I've posted to my blog. But, I decided to pick up the camera again and took these photos. I've been lazy to bring the camera to events and gatherings. Well, here are my new simple pictures.

Mom with Glenn and Nikki. Yeah, time flies...kids grow up so fast. Cherish every moment with them...video tape. It'll make you laugh. Then use it against them when they grow up...LOL.
